Now Rune Migard's King, Tristan the 3rd's proclamation to the large Catholic church's archbishop, in following the bidding of all meanings of faith, wants them to set forth on a war against evil.
Monks are a versatile class that can deal damage in several ways unique to themselves. They are most known for the powerful Guillotine Fist skill, which has uses in MVP, PVP and WoE scenarios. Most builds are damage-dealers, focusing on maximizing damage via skills such as Occult Impaction and their Combo abilities. Specialized Monk builds can be very efficient for both MVP and WoE purposes.
Changing into a Monk from an Acolyte requires the player to complete a number of tasks:
Minimum Job level requirement: 40.
If Job level is between 40 to 49, >10,000 gear score required.
If Job level is 50, 5,000 gear score required.
After completing these tests, the player will be transformed into a Monk. All of this takes place at the Monk Abbey (prt_monk).

Passive
Temporarily increases caster's Critical rate for 180 seconds. During the Explosion Spirits status, SP regen is reduced by 50%. Consumes 5 Spirit Spheres.

Supportive
Only usable during Explosion Spirits status. Inflicts devastating damage by consuming the caster's remaining SP. After using Asura Strike, the Explosion Spirits status is automatically canceled and will not able to restore SP for 3 seconds. Damage additionally increases when used with at least 6 Spirit Spheres by 100%. Consumes 5 Spirit Spheres, except after a combo if at least 1 Spirit Sphere remains.

Increases damage with Bare Hands and Knuckle class weapons.

Passive
The caster recieves 90% damage reduction while decreasing Movement and Attack Speed. While this skill is active other skills cannot be used. Consumes 5 Spirit Spheres.

Supportive
Attacks an enemy with a massive psychic impact that will inflict more damage when the enemy has high Defense. When used on a target while in Blade Stop status, increases the damage on that target by 50%. Consumes 1 Spirit Sphere.

Offensive
Only usable during Triple Attack delay. Spins a target while attacking the enemy with a combo hit of 4 hits. When equipped with a Knuckle class weapons, you'll deal double skill damage and number of hits is increased to 6 as well as reduces the SP Consumption. This skill can be followed up with Combo Finish within 0.3 seconds.

Only usable during Chain Combo delay. This skill can be followed up within 0.3 seconds with the Asura Strike skill if the caster is in Explosion Spirits status and has summoned at least 1 Spirit Sphere. Consumes 1 Spirit Sphere.

Enables a 30% chance of automatically delivering a triple attack in battle. This skill can be followed up with Chain Combo within 0.3 seconds.

Passive
Immobilizes both the caster and an enemy for 10 seconds at most, Boss monsters for 2 seconds. Increasing this skill allows the use of other skills during the Blade Stop status. Consumes 1 Spirit Sphere.

Active
Instantly teleport to a targeted spot if there are no obstacles between the caster and destination. Consumes 1 Spirit Sphere when not in Explosion Spirits status. Body Relocation can't used for 2 seconds after Asura Strike.

Restores additional HP and SP every 10 sec while sitting. If caster's carried weight is over 50% of the maximum capacity, this extra HP and SP is recovered every 20 sec.

Passive
Absorbs certain amount of SP from a Spirit Sphere, which can be stolen from other Monks during PvP and WoE. When used on monsters, this skill has a 20% chance to give the caster an amount of SP that is determined by the level of the targeted monster. Ineffective against Boss monsters and Guardians.

Summons a Spirit Sphere, which can be used to amplify different skill abilities. Each Spirit Sphere adds 3 damage.

Attacks a distant enemy by firing a Spirit Sphere. When used on a target while in Blade Stop status, increases the damage on that target by 50%. Consumes 1 Spirit Sphere.

Strikes an enemy with the palm to inflict 800% damage and push away enemies near the target, causing Stun status on them. Each cast consumes 200 HP.

This table shows the various bonus stats that a character can receive as they level up. Each row represents a specific level, and the corresponding bonus stat that is granted at that level. For example, at level 1, the character will receive 1 point in the Str stat, and at level 2, the character will receive 1 point in the Str stat. The bonus stats that are granted at each level can vary, and in this case, the character can receive points in Vitality, Strength, Dexterity, Agility, and Luck stats at different levels.
